"Either this person or someone pretending to be this person has been calling and texting me from multiple phone numbers for at least 24 hours. I block one, another appears. They left a 6 second voicemail with no sound, just like scammers. Searching the number brought me directly here. Filing a TCPA complaint. My name is NOT Erica and I do not live in Tennessee. I don't even have a car!"

"Hey Layla. I am so sorry that this has happened to you. I'm not sure if a scammer has ghosted our phone number, or if someone gave my office an incorrect phone number and name. Your name is not in our system, so if you have been receiving calls from our number, please know that it was either not done by us, or it was done unintentionally. If you could give me a call at 615-656-4395, I can check your phone number to see if someone did give us an incorrect number, and I can check to see if the calls are actually coming from our office. Either way I promise we have not been trying to reach you considering that we are a Tennessee insurance company and cannot sell you insurance if you do not live in Tennessee. Please consider removing this review as it hurts our rating, and we had no control over this. Again, I am sorry that this has happened to you, and if you can give me a quick call, I can get to the bottom of this and make sure it does not happen again. Thanks- Christopher"

"This morning I was in a rear end collision on the rainy highway. I just bought this car a few days ago and was definitely rattled by the whole situation.
